REPORTING OF OFFENCES AND IRREGULARITIES WHISTLEBLOWING
In compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, Meccanica Trafilati Martin S.r.l. has established internal reporting channels to enable employees, collaborators, third parties and other individuals associated with the company in a work-related capacity to report violations of the Organizational, Management and Control Model adopted by the Company, as well as other significant illegal conducts pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, that may arise within that context.
