ORI Martin presents the fifth Sustainability Report, cataloguing the Company’s constant commitment to a more sustainable and responsible future. The Report has been prepared in accordance with leading international standards and enables the Company to clearly and transparently present its performance, commitment and tangible contribution in the environmental, social and economic spheres.

Sustainability report 2022
ORI Martin presents the fourth Sustainability Report, the third to be audited. It was drafted according to international reference standards and enables the Company to clearly and transparently communicate its performance, commitment and effective contribution to environmental, social and economic matters. Differently from previous reports, in the 2022 one, other than results from the headquarter plant O.R.I. Martin S.p.A. in Brescia, are also collected the results from the Ospitaletto plant, which entered the Group in 2018 and became part of O.R.I Martin S.p.A. in 2022.

REPORTING OF OFFENCES AND IRREGULARITIES WHISTLEBLOWING
In compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, Tension Technology Martin S.r.l. has established internal reporting channels to enable employees, collaborators, third parties and other individuals associated with the company in a work-related capacity to report violations of the Organizational, Management and Control Model adopted by the Company, as well as other significant illegal conducts pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, that may arise within that context.
