The shortage of raw materials, the soaring prices and the shrinking demand are the three main worries for the steel companies and the issues that Roberto de Miranda, member of ORI Martin Executive Committee, tackled in the interview with RAI News 24.
In the two video reports broadcasted on the all-news channel, the entrepreneur portrayed the current situation of the steel industry and highlighted the need for more investments in renewable energies. He called for policies that can support energy intensive companies to cope with the circumstances and avoid stopping the production.
In the first video-report, together with Giuseppe Pasini, President of Feralpi Group, Roberto de Miranda described how the production of renewable energy represents a real solution to reduce prices for companies. He also asked the politicians to speed up the process to implement decrees on energetic issues.
